Individual Therapy

$140 for 45 minute session

$180 for 55 minute session

$225 for initial session/diagnostic evaluation

Family Therapy

$180 for 55 minute session

Payments 

We accept all major credit cards, HSA, and Flex Spending cards.

Payment is collected electronically after each session. We are an "In-network Provider" for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum (UHC, UMR, Medica, and others), Aetna, and MA and bill these insurance companies directly. We are considered an "Out of Network Provider" for other insurance companies meaning that we do not bill these insurance companies directly. We can provide you with a Superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement if you are wanting to utilize out of network benefits. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual or group session, we request that you notify us (via phone/text or email) at least 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 48 hours will be charged the full session fee. We understand that you may have illness or an emergency and need to cancel; no fee will be collected in these circumstances.​

Good Faith Estimate Notice

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. You will receive a good faith estimate before you receive services at Open Fields Therapy. This document will outline our fees for service. 

 

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
